For getting your Confirmation of Arrival and Departure validated you need to come in person to the International Mobility Office. The International Mobility Officer will clearly state the official start and official end date of the semester in the provided Confirmation of Arrival and Departure form, and not your physical arrival in Croatia, Zagreb.

The Confirmation of Arrival and Departure form needs to be issued by your home university and filled out, signed and stamped by the receiving institution i.e. our faculty.

For both arrival and departure, the student needs to come in person to our office to get the form validated.
